Service Terms

1. Provider and scope

Luxury Renders is a service of Tuzzo Srl, Via Arzaga 11, 20146 Milan, Italy (“we”). These terms apply only to businesses and professionals purchasing cinematic property-video services. They do not govern consumer purchases.

2. Your authority over source material

You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s authorization to submit its link or photos and to let us use those images for the requested preview and film. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions from photographers, agencies, platforms and any other rights holders. We use submitted material only to assess and produce your order, unless you separately approve portfolio or promotional use in writing.

3. Preview and order

A private watermarked preview is an evaluation copy. It may not be published, redistributed or used commercially. A contract for the selected package is formed when Stripe confirms payment. Prices are shown in euros and exclude taxes where applicable.

4. Deliverables

Signature includes one 30–45 second cinematic film in the horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16) format agreed for the project, up to four scenes and one consolidated fidelity revision. Portfolio includes three films; Collection includes six. We target delivery within 72 hours after payment and receipt of usable materials, but unusual source quality, missing permissions or requested changes can extend timing.

5. Fidelity and creative limits

The service uses AI-assisted motion and post-production. We aim to preserve the property’s architecture, materials and identity, but synthetic motion can introduce minor visual variations. The included revision covers material fidelity errors; a new creative direction, additional scenes or new source material may require a separate quote.

6. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment is due once you approve the preview and choose to unlock the clean master. Because the work is customized and the preview shows the proposed creative result before purchase, completed B2B orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable except where the delivered master materially differs from the approved preview and we cannot correct it within the included revision.

7. Licence

After full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to publish the delivered master for the relevant property across your own listings, websites, social channels and paid campaigns. We retain our production methods and underlying tools. Any third-party music or stock element remains subject to its own licence.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for platform takedowns, claims caused by source material you were not authorized to submit, or indirect loss such as lost bookings or revenue. Our aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

Italian law governs these terms. Courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rule that cannot legally be excluded.
