1. Controller

Tuzzo Srl, Via Arzaga 11, 20146 Milan, Italy, is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@luxuryrenders.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect your name, account email, property or company name, selected package, any property link or photos you submit, permissions confirmations, order status, payment references and messages you send us. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We process submitted property images only for the requested service unless you separately approve another use.

3. Why and legal bases

We process request and order data to take steps at your request and perform our contract; payment, accounting and fraud-prevention data to meet legal obligations and legitimate business interests; and service communications to deliver and support the order. We do not add preview requesters to marketing lists without a separate lawful basis.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be handled by hosting, storage, payment, email and production providers acting under appropriate terms. Stripe acts under its own privacy notice for payment processing. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards.

5. Retention

Unpaid preview requests and their production files are normally deleted within 60 days. Paid order records and accounting data are retained for the period required by Italian law. Delivered media may remain available while the client relationship is active or until deletion is requested, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise a right, email hello@luxuryrenders.com.

7. Security and links

Private preview links use hard-to-guess tokens. Keep them confidential. Property-listing platforms, ChatGPT and Stripe are independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
